#Legal rules & implications of #socialmedia should be in hands of younger #lawyers

Read this article written from a legal and social standpoint. Very insightful about the changing times and people's intentions in heavily populated virtual worlds with no governmental laws.

"There's something inherently different about the legal implications surrounding social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter.  Although difficult to articulate with precision, we think that the primary difference is that these social media outlets are used by regular people to immediately communicate personal information or experiences to broad groups of people — often with little thought for the potential implications of the communication."
